I was instantly greeted by the friendly staff upon arrival. check-in was quick and efficient. my room was both cozy and clean, a detail i really appreciated. breakfast was amazing. The variety and quality were excellent.

Celebrating our anniversary began at this hotel. the staff greeted us warmly. check-in was quick. the room felt cozy and clean. breakfast was amazing. i must commend heredia at the bar. She was attentive and helpful. i certainly recommend it.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. the rooftop pool bar had very efficient service. the hotel is near a shopping mall, a short walk away. the turn-down service included chocolates each night. A lovely touch. we loved the room decor, the lighting was so delicate.
The upper part of the glass toilet door is not blind. It lacks privacy.

the staff created a warm atmosphere. i loved the live band and crepe station at the saturday barbecue. breakfast had amazing options, even items available to order (especially the fresh fruit!). the rooftop pool offered fine views.
I found the minibar policy a bit odd. I didn't like the idea of paying for a package whether i consumed it or not. it would be great with a more flexible arrangement.

i really liked the rooftop pool area. the heated infinity edge pool was a delight. the view was unbeatable! the staff, especially phillipe, goncalvo, and marya, created a cool vibe. i also loved that general manager mencucci sent a welcome gift of champagne and charcuterie. what a wonderful touch , it really complimented the amazing suite view!
the front desk didn't tell me that i needed to insert the room key in a slot behind the door to use the lights or electricity. i finally figured it out, but it was quite frustrating.
